Cancellations & Returns Policy

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that cancellations are subject to certain conditions:

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been processed. We encourage you to review our warranty policy, which offers exceptional coverage on our fabrics and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years. Please refer to the warranty policy page and the specific warranty information provided on each product description before making a purchase.
  • If your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you have the option to return the product once it arrives (please refer to our Returns section below for further details).
  • If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will gladly cancel it and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days (approximately 5-7) for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

 

Returns:

We accept returns within 05 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

– The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
– Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
– Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:

– Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
– Bean bags that have been used, soiled, or altered from their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or initiating a refund.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
